Returns & Replacements

We accept returns in the following cases only:

Damaged or leaked products
Incorrect product received

Conditions:

Notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.
Product must be unused and unopened.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
